Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Burnbridges AI Team regarding your access to and use of burnbridgesai.com and our video generation tools.

By accessing our website or purchasing a video, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our service.

Eligibility and adult consent

You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use Burnbridges AI. Our service is strictly intended for adults.

By uploading a photo, you warrant and represent that you are the adult pictured in the photo, or that you have obtained explicit, verifiable permission from that adult to upload their photo and generate a video using their likeness.

Acceptable use and strict prohibitions

You agree to use Burnbridges AI only for lawful, personal purposes. You agree not to upload photos of children under 18 years old, non-consenting individuals, or celebrities and public figures.

You may not upload content that is sexually explicit, violent, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that infringes upon third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

We reserve the right to refuse processing or cancel orders that violate these standards.

AI output and platform disclosure

Burnbridges AI generates synthetic media using artificial intelligence algorithms. You acknowledge that AI-generated video outputs vary in appearance, motion fidelity, and likeness.

We make no guarantees of photorealistic perfection or identical likeness. You agree that if you share your video on social media platforms, you will comply with each platform's rules regarding AI content disclosure.

Pricing, packs, and payment

All purchases are one-time payments in USD processed through Stripe. A single video costs $4.90, and a 3-video pack costs $9.90. We do not charge recurring subscriptions or maintain credit balances for resale.

The 3-video pack allows you to create one video immediately and redeem the remaining two videos at any future time. Unused pack videos never expire.

Refunds policy summary

Failed renders and unused pack videos are refundable within 14 days. If a render fails technically and cannot be delivered, the affected video will be refunded to your original payment method.

If you are dissatisfied with a finished video, please contact our support team. We review quality concerns case by case, but automatic refunds are not granted for delivered AI outputs. For complete details, review our Refund Policy at /refunds.

Media retention and deletion

Uploaded photos and generated videos are stored on our servers for 7 days from creation, after which they are automatically deleted. You are solely responsible for downloading and backing up your finished video before deletion occurs.

Limitation of liability and disclaimer

Burnbridges AI is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Burnbridges AI Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
