This Privacy Policy explains how the Burnbridges AI Team collects, uses, and safeguards your information when you visit burnbridgesai.com and use our video generation service.

We are committed to operating a guest-first, privacy-conscious platform. We collect only the minimal data required to render your video, process your payment, and deliver your private order link.

Data we collect

When you use our service, we collect the portrait photo you upload for video generation.

During checkout, we collect your email address through Stripe to send your order receipt and private delivery link. We do not collect names, phone numbers, or physical addresses unless strictly required by Stripe for tax and payment compliance.

We do not collect or store full credit card numbers or card security codes. All payment card details are handled directly by our payment processor, Stripe.

How your photo and information are used

Your uploaded photo is sent to our generation provider to make the party-scene video you requested. Provider training terms are still being reviewed; we do not make a no-training promise.

We do not sell, rent, or share your photo or email address with data brokers or marketing advertisers.

Your email address is used exclusively to deliver your private order page, notify you when generation finishes, and communicate regarding customer support inquiries.

Third-party service processors

We work with trusted third-party service providers to deliver our web application. These include Cloudflare for web hosting, content delivery, and secure file storage; Stripe for secure payment processing and fraud prevention; and our specialized AI video generation provider to process video rendering jobs.

Our processors receive the data needed to fulfill their functions. AI provider training terms are still being reviewed; we do not make a no-training promise.

Cookies and browser storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We employ one secure, HttpOnly guest session cookie to associate your browser session with your active order draft and prevent lost orders during checkout.

This functional cookie contains no personal identifying information and expires automatically.

Data retention and automated deletion

We practice strict data minimization. Uploaded photos and generated video files are retained on our servers for exactly 7 days after creation, allowing you time to download your finished video.

After 7 days, both the uploaded photo and finished video files are permanently deleted from our servers. Contact support to request earlier file deletion.

Unused video credits in a 3-video pack never expire, but individual rendered files follow the 7-day storage window once produced. Financial transaction records are retained as required by law for accounting and tax purposes.

Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). These include the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of personal information held about you.

Because we delete media files within 7 days and do not maintain customer account profiles, we retain order and payment records associated with your delivery email to support order recovery, pack redemption, and required financial records.
